General Provisions

1 By connecting to our servers or visiting the official website of the project, you automatically agree to these rules and undertake to comply with them

2 Our project rules are mandatory for all players, regardless of gender, nationality and religion

3 A player is any person who has connected to the game server. The administration and privileged players are no different from the rest - A player is a player

4 We have the right to change, add or delete points in the rules at any time. Any changes to the rules will be announced in the Vkontakte group and on the Discord server

5 These rules are valid on all game servers of the XCUTION PROJECT

6 The administration is not obliged to warn players before issuing a punishment

Communication

1.1 Using voice-changing software is prohibited
[Punishment: Mute 4 hours]

1.2 Excessive insults to players are prohibited/Insults via "!admins" (Contact admin) are prohibited
[Punishment: Mute 12 hours/Ban 1 day]

1.3 Any insults/mentions of players' relatives in a bad way are prohibited
[Punishment: Mute all communications for 7 days]

1.4 It is prohibited to turn on music in voice chat
[Punishment: Mute 4 hours]

1.5 It is prohibited to violate server quotas (The microphone limit is written in name of each server). Exception: Speaking game information, or adequate behavior
[Punishment: Mute 4 hours or more]

1.6 Spamming in the microphone/chat (Shouting, spamming the same messages)
[Punishment: Mute 4 hours]

1.7 Begging for anything from players, administration and moderation of the project is prohibited
[Punishment: Mute 1 day]

1.8 Advertising any servers, sites, services, etc., etc. is prohibited unless the advertisement is related to the project
[Punishment: Mute all communications for 30 days/Ban for 1 day after warning if advertisement is in a weapon label]

1.9 Provocation to violate the rules (incitement)
[Punishment: Mute 12 hours]

1.10 Condemning the actions of the administration/moderation on game servers is prohibited
[Punishment: Mute 3 days]

1.11 Discussion of political topics related to wars is prohibited. Inciting ethnic conflicts on servers is prohibited. Nationalism is prohibited. Insulting players' countries is prohibited - 🇺🇦 and 🇷🇺

1.12 Monitoring (disclosing location) towards your team is prohibited
[Punishment: Mute 4 hours]

1.13 Misleading the Administration/Moderation of the project is prohibited
[Punishment: Mute 12 hours]

Prohibited on servers

2.1 Using any software that is prohibited by the official Valve developer
[Punishment: Ban forever]

2.2 Ignoring administrators, refusing to undergo a cheat check (if the administrator has called you), refusing to provide account information
[Punishment: Ban 1 month]

2.3 It is forbidden to interfere with normal play (For example: Shooting at him on purpose, throwing grenades at his feet, blocking, intentionally interfering with shooting)
[Punishment: Ban 30 minutes]

2.4 Any imitation of the project administration, in the nickname, in the chat, in the weapon nametag and in the tab tag. Using prefixes, nicknames related to project management positions
[Punishment: Ban 1 day]

2.5 Deception/misleading other players is prohibited (For example: posing as the Project Administration, selling server privileges, trading, phishing links, and other dubious offers)
[Punishment: Ban 1 week]

2.6 Insulting the server/project. (Namely XCution Project and all its servers)
[Punishment: Ban 7 days]

2.7 It is prohibited to carry out actions that can be characterized as actions that simply result in a waste of game time.
[Punishment: Ban 30 minutes]

2.8 It is prohibited to have swearing/obscenities/insults towards other players in your nickname/clan tag/weapon label.
[Punishment: Warning/Change nickname/Kick/Ban 1 day]

Administration Rules

3.1 It is forbidden to execute commands on a player without a given reason
[Punishment: Warning]

3.2 It is forbidden to transfer, resell an account to other people
[Punishment: Removal from the post of administrator/moderator]

3.3 When issuing a punishment, you must indicate to the player the reason for which he violated
[Punishment: Warning]

3.4 Failure to fulfill your duties as an administrator/moderator is prohibited. You are obliged to punish violators, check the player for cheats, etc.

3.5 Deviating from the basic rules of the project is prohibited. The rules apply to all players of the project, including the administration/moderation

3.6 It is prohibited to remove in-game blocks that were issued by other administrators
[Punishment: Warning]

3.7 Insults from the administration/moderation towards players/their colleagues (administrators/moderators) are prohibited
[Punishment: Warning]

3.8 Administration/moderation is prohibited from disclosing the location of players (monitoring), by means of their advantages
